Christopher Abbott to Star in Leigh Whannell's 'Wolf Man' For Blumhouse and Universal Pictures

Feature Film Based on Script Written by Whannell & Corbett Tuck 

and Lauren Schuker Blum & Rebecca Angelo 


Award-nominated actor Christopher Abbott (Poor Things, It Comes At NIght) is set to star in Leigh Whannell’s Wolf Man. The feature is set to be released on Friday, October 25, 2024. The project will mark Whannell’s second monster movie and fourth directing collaboration with Blumhouse (The Invisible Man, Upgrade, Insidious: Chapter 3).


Wolf Man stars Abbott (Poor Things, Catch-22, It Comes at Night) as a man whose family is being terrorized by a lethal predator. 


The film was written by Whannell & Corbett Tuck and Lauren Schuker Blum & Rebecca Angelo (Dumb Money). Jason Blum is producing the film. Ryan Gosling, Ken Kao, Bea Sequeira, Mel Turner and Whannell are executive producers. Wolf Man is a Blumhouse and Motel Movies production.


Abbott is represented by William Morris Endeavor Entertainment, Entertainment 360, and Sloane, Offer, Weber & Dern.


Whannell is represented by CAA and Myman Greenspan Fox Rosenberg Mobasser Younger & Light.
