The trailer has been released for Twisted, a new horror thriller from director Darren Lynn Bousman, known for Saw II and Spiral. The film will be available to buy or rent on digital platforms beginning February 6, 2026.
Twisted stars Djimon Hounsou, Lauren LaVera, and Mia Healey, with Neal McDonough and Alicia Witt.
Written by Jonathan Bernstein and James Greer, the film follows a con artist whose real estate scam spirals into a living nightmare when she is captured by a surgeon with a horrifying and methodical plan.
Produced by Mark Burg, Lee Nelson, and David Tish, Twisted runs 93 minutes, is rated R, and blends horror, suspense, and psychological thriller elements.
