Nightmare In Vegas held its inaugural event at the Silverton Casino in Las Vegas, NV on Saturday, October 4th and Sunday, October 5th, 2025. The event marks the first-ever horror convention to happen in Las Vegas.
The first Nightmare In Vegas Horror Convention was a weekender to remember for all attendees and participants. In this spooky star-studded event - musicians, performers, vendors, celebrities, authors, cosplayers, scare actors, and more joined to celebrate the Halloween season. Top sponsors of the event Rockin’ Bettie, Universal Horror Unleashed Las Vegas, and Kre8ive House joined in to mark this milestone for not only Las Vegas, but for the Halloween community with this first-ever event. Live music filled the venue during the entire event, with bands performing consistently for non-stop entertainment - such as horror rock and roll, mariachi punk rock, and more. The host for the event, Ashley Rapuano Sanchez, kept audiences excited and engaged between sets, accompanied by DJ EQ who was providing tunes. There was even a special “Carrie” moment held on stage on Saturday night, complete with a bucket of blood on the host, our poor prom queen. Musical performers included:
