Dark Horizon: Point of No Return debuted in Orlando, Florida on October 10 with three gruesome haunted houses, two death-defying live entertainment stages, multiple immersive bars, private party Bootlegger Bungalows and more. Dubbed as a hair-raising fun time, Dark Horizon will continue to scare thrill-seekers and charm nightlife revelers with themed entertainment nightly including a celebration on Halloween night with a cash-prize costume contest, plus thrilling special events on select nights through November 2, 2019.
The inaugural haunted attraction is offering special deals and frighteningly good ticket offers for the remaining nights of Dark Horizon. Thursdays (10/24 and 10/31) have been branded ‘UCF College Nights’ with tickets available to students at 40% off with promo code UCF40. Free shuttle service will be provided with transportation to and from the University of Central Florida (located at Nike) to Dark Horizon at 6 pm and 8 pm, and drop-off from Dark Horizon back to Nike at 10 pm and 12 am (midnight). On Sunday, September 27 and Wednesday, October 30 those in the service and industry can purchase general admission tickets for $19 dollars using promo code SERVICE, and will need to show proof of industry badge at the box office.
On Halloween night, October 31, Dark Horizon will celebrate the haunted holiday with an electrifying costume contest, monster DJ, and freakishly fun festivities. Thrill-seekers are invited to don their best costume for cash prizes, dance with monsters, and sip specialty spirits for a frightful fete like no other. Then, November 1st will welcome the Dia De Los Muertos celebration where ALL the monsters of Dark Horizon will showcase a petrifyingly amazing sugar skull candy make-over.
In addition to special event nights, Dark Horizon offers hair-raising-fun entertainment and special ghoulish events throughout the frightful season. Nightly shows on the fire stage welcome fire dancing and the aerial stage holds nightly spine-tingling performances by world-renown contortionist and silk aerialist performers.
For those looking to elevate their experience, Dark Horizon offers an air-conditioned R.I.P. Lounge (or VIP Lounge), called the Storm Cellar R.I.P. Lounge accessed only by a coveted key. This experience includes two complimentary cocktails and grants access to a premium full bar featuring Moonshine Tastings. This key must be used in combination with an event admission ticket and is for guests ages 21-years and older.
